Health system revised:
- The health cap of 100 (now referred as energy) is now changed to the citizen's max recoverable health (of up to 550).
- The max recoverable energy is hard set to 300.
- Recoverable energy restores at 10hp/6min, as opposed to 100hp/1hr.
Minor design change:
- A light green bar showing energy that can be restored by the 300 recoverable energy.
